STEP 1: SHARE YOUR OBJECTIVES
First, we listen. We listen carefully to what your biggest problems and greatest successes have been selling online, either directly or through third-party sellers. We want to hear about your objectives, and help you achieve them. Based on our discussion, we then create a custom plan tailored to your needs—whether you’re dealing with unauthorized sellers, MAP violators, stock-outs, price-gouging, counterfeit sales, or brand erosion, we have a plan for that.
STEP 2: ONLINE BRAND AUDIT
We look at your product catalog both online and offline and identify your top sellers and highest-potential products. Many brands we work with only have a fraction of their catalog online—an enormous source of untapped sales potential and brand engagement opportunity. We’ll provide you with in-depth data for your products such as units sold per month, who’s selling your products, price history and trends, top competitors, and possible listing improvements.
STEP 3: PURCHASING
We purchase your products wholesale either through your brand directly or through a recommended authorized distributor.We will also purchase products not offered online yet (something other online retailers won’t do), in anticipation of generating sales for these new products.
STEP 4: BUILD THE FOUNDATION
New listings—we create them. Existing listings—we improve them. We launch your new products with pay-per-click advertising, coupons, and flash deals to give your products a boost in sales ranking. Once organic product sales occur, we will re-order products as to always be in stock.We add professional product photography, engaging product descriptions, keyword optimization, and pay-per-click advertising, all paid for by us.
STEP 5: SPREAD YOUR WINGS
Successful products will be listed and sold, with brand permission, on other online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. Products will also be listed on international marketplaces such as Amazon.ca, Amazon.mx, and Amazon.co.uk, maximizing your brand’s sales potential online.
STEP 6: SAFEGUARD
We monitor who is selling your products for what price, and reporting any MAP violations or listing creation violations to your brand and to the platform. While we are not a brand enforcement agency, we can work in tandem with brand enforcement agencies and law firms to further protect your brand from unauthorized resellers.
STEP 7: REFINE
Periodically, we will evaluate each product strategy to see what can be improved upon. Our most successful efforts will be replicated across all of your products, while the least successful strategies will be abandoned.
